Pulse is the agent on attendance. A punch is the start of a shift that should produce work — not a row for payroll to argue about at month end.
Workforce here is the floor: guards, housekeeping, technicians, and contract labour.
The job
- Validate a punch against the site fence and the assigned shift
- Show who is on site now, by crew and location
- Flag late, missing, or off-site exceptions to the roles who can act
- Keep the shift on the same phone as tickets and patrols

- Hands a no-show to Orbit when it blocks planned work
- Shares headcount with patrol and visitor desks during incidents
